How long in advance can I book a car for rental?
You can book a vehicle up to 6 months in advance.
Do I need to place a deposit to rent a car?
We do not require any deposit for bookings made on myCarriage. However, you will need to add a valid credit card to your account and ensure there is always at least 1 valid card in the account.
What is included in my car rental price?
The daily rate includes the vehicle usage, comprehensive vehicle insurance, road tax, 24/7 accident, and roadside assistance. It is not inclusive of fuel usage and EV charging.
What is the minimum/maximum duration for me to rent a car?
The minimum duration of rental will be 1 day, and the maximum duration will be up to 45 days in 1 booking. If you wish to rent a car for more than 45 days, please reach out to us. We also offer long-term leasing solutions for personal and corporate use.
Can I drive out to Malaysia?
Absolutely, you have the option to drive to Malaysia. Our vehicles are VEP ready. To ensure that your insurance coverage includes Malaysia, kindly notify us before your trip and note that there will be additional charges.
How many drivers can I add to my booking?
You may add up to 4 drivers for your booking.
